From wd~50 to Williamsburg: Wylie Dufresne's Pizza Chapter
Stretch Pizza was founded and is owned by James Beard Award–winning chef Wylie Dufresne and Breads Bakery founder Gadi Peleg, two New Yorkers brought together by a shared love of the city’s pizza culture. At its Domino Park location in Williamsburg, Stretch serves classic and inventive New York-style slices and whole pies. The menu ranges from cheese and pepperoni to signature creations such as the Everything Bagel and Mushroom & Pesto.
For NYC Pizza Week, Stretch will feature an Al Pastor slice topped with braised pork, salsa verde, pineapple ricotta and cilantro.
Stretch was ranked No. 13 in the 2026 50 Top Pizza USA guide and received the organization’s One to Watch 2026 Award. It has also earned a place in the 50 Top Pizza World 2026 awards. Wylie Dufresne was named No. 28 on The Best Pizza Awards’ 2026 ranking of the world’s leading pizza makers.
