LTD Pizza & Bar brings authentic New York pizza to life with dough built for the perfect balance of crisp and chew, topped with rich sauces, premium cheeses, and fresh ingredients. Signature offerings include a classic cheese pie topped with fresh basil, a crispy pepperoni cup pizza, and an arrabbiata slice featuring spicy Calabrian chili and long hots. Beyond pizza, the menu extends to sandwiches and small plates, all rooted in quality ingredients and time-honored technique.

The shop is led by a trio of hospitality veterans. John Villa, a 25-year industry veteran, opened a restaurant that earned a 3-star New York Times review and Restaurant of the Year honors, later spending over 15 years as President of Culinary at Tao Group overseeing 29 kitchens and 3,000 employees, then serving as President of Philippe Chow where he grew revenue by 15%. Michael D'Armi, a chef with 20+ years of experience trained under Georges Perrier at Le Bec-Fin, worked at LAVO in New York and served as Executive Chef at AVRA Madison, helping expand the brand globally while also serving as personal chef to Aaron Judge.

Rounding out the leadership team is Dennis Arakelian, a hospitality professional with 15+ years across operations, marketing, and leadership. A certified sommelier and food design specialist, he has worked with brands including Tao Group Hospitality, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Dream Hotels, and has consulted for major events such as Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Coachella. Together, the team brings decades of culinary and hospitality expertise to LTD Pizza & Bar's focus on consistency, flavor, and a memorable dining experience.
